Week Eight

We are into week EIGHT of MORE FIT FOR THE KINGDOM!  I hope everyone participating feels they are progressing in one way or another.  For those of us (yes, me included) who feel a little overwhelmed already and have slacked a bit, or haven't even started, let's take it one step at a time.  If doing all the goal areas seems a bit much, choose just one area to start with and master that for a week or two.  Don't be ashamed to report just a few drops of oil, you won't be alone.  Then, after a week or two, add another area.  Although it's fun to have a goal for all of us to reach together, the point of the program is to learn and grow and progress individually, no matter how long it takes.  President Hinckley sums it up well for us: "Try a little harder to be a little better."  If we try just a little bit harder than we did the week, or even the day, before, we have succeeded.  Good luck this week!
